Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination.

Tik Socks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist customers in any way we can.
