1. Return Window:
Customers have the liberty to initiate returns for any item(s) acquired from Tik Socks within a 14-day window starting from the date of receipt. We honor returns for any valid reason, provided the item(s) are maintained in the same impeccable condition as when initially delivered.
2. Return Condition:
To qualify for a return, it is imperative that the item(s) remain in their original state, untarnished, unwashed, with all tags securely attached, and devoid of any indications of wear or damage. Returns not meeting these precise criteria may potentially be eligible for partial refunds, or at our discretion, may be returned to the customer.
Please Note: Items that have been tried on cannot be returned.
3. Return Costs:
For returns due to personal reasons, where the product is not faulty or defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
If you are a customer located within the United States and wish to proceed with a return, kindly adhere to the following steps:

b) Following approval, we will furnish you with a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return process.
c) Carefully package the item(s) you intend to return and firmly attach the provided shipping label to the exterior of your package.
d) Drop off your securely packaged return at the designated shipping carrier.
5. Refunds:
Upon receipt and thorough examination of your return, the refund process will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a specific number of business days, contingent upon the policies of your card issuer.
6. Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for an alternate size or color, please initiate the return process for the item you currently possess, and subsequently place a new order for the desired item.
