Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us. We will cover the return shipping cost for approved claims.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us before sending your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged and safely shipped back to us.

5. Refunds:

Upon receipt and thorough examination of your return, the refund process will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a specific number of business days, contingent upon the policies of your card issuer.

If you wish to exchange an item for an alternate size or color, please initiate the return process for the item you currently possess, and subsequently place a new order for the desired item.
